Issue

Glyph of Immolation and Anthem of Weariness cause their condition before the spell/attack hits, this skill doesn't. It is odd and confusing that not everything works the same way.

Suggestion

Make Anthem of Flame apply the burning before the attack hits, just like the above mentioned skills.
