Need multiple paragons to work

Suggestion

"Echo. For 10...30...35 seconds, whenever target non-Spirit ally is struck by an attack while suffering from Burning, the attacker suffers from Burning for 1..3..4 seconds and is (EFFECT). Whenever a Chant or Shout ends on target non-Spirit ally, that ally is set on fire for 6 seconds.

(EFFECT) is replaced with:

a) blinded b) shadow-stepped to a random nearby location(relative to his position) c) stuck for 5..30 damage
