Life Infusion Issue -- 21:57, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- feels like partywide Patient Spirit
- Having skills on 20 recharge isn't a balancing mechanism when paragons chants can be stacked in tandem.
- Suggestion
- make it less heal but less recharge so that multi-paragon teams don't benefit as much but single paragon teams work better
reducing recharge and heal power, making it more vulnerable to shutdown from interrupts but also making it less fire and forget.
- "For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Skill, that party member gains 5...29...35 Health. (5 energy, 7 recharge)"
If having it lower than 10 second recharge is an issue, simply slashing it to 5...41...50 and 10 recharge wouldn't be out of line. That shouldn't be the case since adrenal chants are less than 10 recharge.
- "For 10 seconds, the next time each party member within earshot uses a Skill, that party member gains 5...41..50 Health. (5 energy, 10 recharge)"
Spura Issue -- 21:57, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- Stacks well
- Profits a lot from multi-paragon team
- Suggestion
- 5e 1c 15r
- "Elite chant: For 15 seconds, each party member within earshot gains 1..X..10 health per second."
- Like Ritualist spirit Rejuvenation, except it is elite to factor in not being a spirit.
- Multiple copies of this skill are pointless.
Arcdash's Suggestion
- Stacks with copies, encourages para-parties
- Suggestion → Pretty much a partywide vigorous spirit.
25 1 25 Motivation Elite Chant. For 30 seconds, allies within earshot gain 5..17..20 health whenever they attack or use a skill.
- Its still powerful, but the high cost impedes paragons even with high Leadership, and it can't be stacked.
- Nah... 15 energy is just fine. AND it kills the actual problem: Stacking copies of this skill --Boro 20:08, 30 January 2009 (UTC)
66.192.104.13 22:13, 17 January 2009 (UTC)'s Issue
- Issue
- Recharge time in PvP
- Suggestion
- Remove PvP/PvE versions, an elite skill should be elite because it has potential and works well. having a 20 second recharge would make it desirable for PvP use again.
