No Synergy with spears
Suggestion
Favorable winds should affect spears in the same manner as arrows

Bad implementation

Issue 1
Useless if you're bring this skill for yourself since it has 5 second cast and 60 second recharge, so you would bring Read the Wind instead.
Issue 2
Because the bonus applies to everyone, it can be used effectively in range spike so you can use Glass Arrows and Conjure without missing.
Suggestion
10e 30r, change to skill, fix duration at 45 seconds, scale damage with Expertise to 3...7...8. This makes it more effective when used by yourself since it frees up your preparation, has no cast time, and cannot be removed. However, this nerfs the skill badly in range spike since to get the effects of it, EVERY RANGER in the spike group needs to bring it.
