Feedback for the August 7, 2008 update

Issue
Scaling is borked especially in Wilderness Survival
Suggestions (1 of the following)
  • Move to Marksmanship.
  • Increase Burning duration to 1...3...4 seconds. Currently, the breakpoints are at 4 and 12 and most people are unlikely to put 12 points in wilderness survival. If necessary increase recharge to 4 seconds.

Readem's Issue

Issue
Too easy to spread poison; costs virtually nothing.
Suggestion
Lower targets to 1 additional. Lower Breakpoint. Increase recharge to 5. Increase energy to 10.

This skill was nerfed due to its ability to spread conditions

Issue
Burning duration to recharge ratio sucks.
Suggestion
Move to marksmanship and increase the burning duration to 1...4...5.

Needs a buff

Issue
It was nerfed and ignored in such degree that it is actually useless. I have been playing AB consistently for 2 years now and based on my experience, people will prefer to use Burning Arrow than this. It went from a great pvp (and pve) skill, to just a good pve skill only. Still even in PVE i dwont use it.
Suggestion
I would love to see the old incendiary arrows skill as a preparation the way it used to be. It was a powerfull pvp elite. There is no point NOT to have a burning preparation.Since rangers have a Poison and Bleeding preparation, they should have a Burning one as well. Maybe its powerfull but Eles spam IMMOLATE and do more damage than Incendiary did as a prep.


If you think that the previous version of the skill as en elite preparation is too powerfull i suggest you change the definite interruption from every arrow hit, to a probable interruption, with the probablility being increased as you put more points to wilderness survival.
That would be something like this: " Incendiary Arrows" (Elite Preparation): For 5...13 sec your arrows cause burning for 1..3 sec and have a 30%...80% chance to interrupt your target.
