Does not reward skill, rewards luck and spamming (71.174.23.122's issue)

Issue

Does not reward skill, instead rewards luck with +57 damage for 5 energy and the same recharge as Power Shot. Current:

1/2 Power Shot slower than Power Shot same as Power Shot "(should be elite) Bow Attack. If Keen Arrow hits, Power Shot. If you critical with this, inflict way more damage than Power Shot."

Suggestion

5 ½ 5 "Bow attack. If it hits a foe using a skill, it results in a critical hit and an additional +5...17...20 damage, otherwise you do half damage."
