ArenaNet:Skill feedback/Ranger/Trapper's Speed

Issue: Inferior to Serpent's Quickness for recharge, really only useful in gimmicks.

Suggestion: Seeing as it is limited to traps, increasing values to 33% without a drawback shouldn't cause any problems in the current build wars. --Gah Eat my uber regen. 01:40, 19 February 2009 (UTC)
