Problem: I think this took too much of a hit in the latest update. 4 seconds is quite a bit for something that has conditional energy and results in your death if they die.

Solution: Perhaps lower the energy that you come back to life with, and revert it back to the 3 or 2 second casting time.

Stop to god damn death nerf this skill, the name of this skill should not become perma program -.-

Where is still now the sense in using this skill over any other rez skill, there is no reason anymore due to this perma stupid death nerfign on it!!!. Increasing the cast tiem from 2s to 3s made already the DPS obsolete and linking it to the healing line of the Rit even more. This Skill was useful, at being a non attribute skill !!!. This skill needs a serious buff now

Solution
Reduce this punishment for using the signet from 2 Minutes to 1 Minute and 30secs or 1 Minute
Maybe combine the reducing of this silly punishment with allied spirits, for each allied spirit in your near, when using the signet, the time punish gets reduced by 10-30 seconds, with this the skill could stay then even at the healing attribute.
Same way to reduce the cast time: every allied spirit in your near should reduce the cast time of the signet by a haf second (max 2s) So for 2s cast time, 4 allied spirits would be required.
Limit usage of the signet per minute to max 1-2 times

Change this back to 2 second cast, keep the new recharge and the Restoration link. Change it so Fast Casting does not affect this; because mesmers are the one using this the most in PvP.
Reasoning
Having this be 4 seconds makes it worthless next to Monk resurrection spells. It's too close to their cast time and has a possibly deadly drawback instead of a positive side effect like the Monk's.
