Lightblade's Issue -- 18:33, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- While is certainly overpowered for locking out adrenline, nerfing it this way (April 17 update) cause it to become useless against other weapon users.
- Suggestion
- 5e, 1/4a, 15r
- Scale 0...3 seconds disable. In addition to that, add "If interrupted action was an attack skill, that attack skill is disabled for additional 10 seconds.
- The goal is to make it effective against Assassin, Ranger, and Dervish.
Kite's Issue -- 01:31, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Issue
- This has little to no use against caster builds, and has only minimal use against energy-based attack skills. It is very powerful against adrenaline-based skills, but only 2/10 professions really use adrenaline, and one of those two just uses it to yell at things.
- Also, Weapon Spells have no real counter. At least in my opinion, everything should have some sort of counter.
- Suggestion
- Put bluntly, make this skill remove weapon spells, in addition to its current effect. It fits the name, and it's already a Sword Attack in Strength, with a short conditional attack skill disable. It doesn't have a huge threat of being overpowered. Plus, it gives Swords a bit of a boost in PvP, where Axes and Hammers are king(from my watching of observer mode, anyway). If simply having it remove a weapon spell is too powerful, it could even have a silly 0...1...1 weapon spells removed, or a 50%(or even 100%) 4 or less fail rate (in Swordsmanship) on the weapon spell removal. I just think that weapon spells are currently virtually unstoppable, and this skill could be the antidote.
