Issue

It's hard to interrupt with hammer even with 33% faster attack speed due to enemy's kiting.

Suggestion

Add 25% speed boost OR drop Energy cost to 5 (so you can use Dervish enchantment speed boosts). Also consider moving this skill to Hammer Mastery.

Doesn't need a run buff

Ends if you use a skill

Suggestion

Remove "ends if you use a skill".
