- Issue
Energy cost is to high, along with recharge time. It's poor alternative to Crippling Slash, even with Knee Cutter.
- Suggestion
Definitely lower recharge to 12 seconds and Energy cost to 5 Energy. Lower Crippled duration to 3...6...10.

Alex's Issue

10 Energy on a warrior, who only has around 20 energy anyway.
- Suggestion 1
Its a PvE version so nobody should really worry if you lessen the cost for warriors versus foes in the enviroment. I appreciate that making a pvp version friendly to low energy professions is difficult so perhaps leave it at 10 energy for pvp.
- Suggestion 2
Maintains the high cost but rewards snaring usage with energy gain. Keeping energy gain low makes it inferior energy gain to Knee Cutter. This could become too useful, but the increased recharge would stop it becoming overkill.

- Too costly in general, especially compared to Axe Rake.
- Suggestion
5 0 8 Sword Attack. Deals +1...8...10 damage and cripples (1...8...10 seconds) if target foe is moving or bleeding.

- Energy cost to high when compared to Cripple skills/signets for other professions... warriors should be a profession able to snare enemys in melee with cripple without an elite... Duration to short...
- Suggestion
- add bonus for bleeding to synergize with sword skill set, add small damage boost... keep the recharge so it does not get spammed but if the skills requirements are met your opponent is snared in melee range... increase duration if requirements are met...
5 0 15 Sword Attack. Deals +5...10...15 damage and foe is crippled for 1...4...9... Double the cripple if opponent is bleeding...
