It needs to have a bonus for actually disabling a stance
Suggestion
Elite Axe Attack. Deals +5...17...20 damage and removes a stance. Unblockable. If a stance is removed in this way, target for is knocked down. (24.159.244.248 16:45, 29 January 2009 (UTC)).

Problem
Sucks compared to MoI, pointless.
Solution 1
10 Energy 10 Recharge time "Elite Skill. For 10 seconds, your attacks cannot be blocked by foes under the effects of a stance."
This will make it useable, at the cost of an elite slot. Will still be blocked by guardian and aegis, but stancewhoring warriors, monks and rangers will still be vulnerable.
Solution 2
5 Energy, 4 Recharge time "Elite Stance. For 1...12...15 seconds, you attack 33% faster and your attacks cannot be blocked by foes under the effects of a stance, but you take double damage."
Still screws over stance monks, but demolished by prots still. Takes the direction of Primal Rage of being an elite frenzy, while replacing 33% IMS for conditional unblockability.
Both of these solutions pose one issue that people WILL QQ about. Rather obviously, the issue applies to warriors, which rely on stancewhoring. Cancelling with rush won't prevent spikes going through while under guardian, but with their high armor anyway a well-placed spirit bond and infuse/draw can still save.

problem
Recent buff is a step in the right direction, but the skill still doesn't fit into any axe bars since it can't replace the interrupt or the Exec/BB (or dismember, but unblockable dismember is pretty stupid to contemplate).
Solution
Make it able to replace Body Blow/Exec.
7Tango-adrenaline.png Elite Axe Attack. If it hits, this attack deals +10...34...40 damage and any stance on your target ends. This attack cannot be blocked.

Issue
Compared to other stance removing skills, this stinks.(wild strike, wild throw particularly)
Requires Adrenalin which you won't be getting if the target is in a stance that blocks, or has IMS.
Suggestions
give it recharge and energy cost. You can have this replace wild blow on an axe warriors bar.

and/or

exchange the secondary damage bonus for some more utility, like disrupting chops interruption (stance removal and disrupting in one skill).

5 Energy½ Activation time12 Recharge time Remove target foes stance. Interrupt an action. If that action was a spell, that spell is disabled for an additional 1...13...16 seconds.

This has parts of
Wild Blow (stance removal, but not a critical)
Savage Slash(skill interruption, and quick cast, but not bonus damage),
Disrupting Chop (in lieu of the bonus damage, spell disable, but cannot disable any skill) .
