Paragon Skills

It's nice to see some Paragon skills buffed for a change, but I seriously doubt it will make the more desirable/effective. Then again, maybe that was the point :-). Barbed Spear was fine and is still fine (it might make Sever Artery jealous but that's about all the change does). Can't Touch This, mmm, for me personally, the skill simply doesn't do enough. Antidote Signet
