I really like the idea and agree with the throwing items, (however it might make the assassin too item dependent) but the skill system may be changed. oh and also switch the WoW note about stealth to "other games" seriously, the concept of sneaky rogue/assassin/thief has been around for ages, oldest game i can think of is Bauldr's Gate (sp). All in all great ideas, feel free to discredit my advice here if you want but here's a little thing i just thought up, "a smart man keeps his eyes open, wise man keeps his thoughts open". anyway there's my two cents. - Things like Shreikens don't really seem like a main weapon. Instead they should be completely secondary and instead be just skills or spells that use daggers. Assassins should have Daggers be the main weapons, and shriekens, throwing knifes etc for speedy kills such as: Quick Throw "Deals 10..50 damage and interrupts target foe. Projectile." --The Gates Assassin 05:36, 14 August 2008 (UTC)
- I personally Love the assassin as is. and I don't see any reason to change there attributes to include throwing weapons or to make the daggers any deadlier. I mean could you imagine if magic had a chance to land a critical hit? Oh god there would be no need for other professions. I know that critical magic has nothing to do with you suggestion. but I was thinking about it and needed to say it. But really I read the Fag's and apparently armor and weapons are going to be universal rather then class based. So that's something to consider.--Yozuk 19:15, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
