Running around with two shields looks dumb.
- Basically it's not. Think about Ikaipe troops, for example.
- No it really looks dumb. And I researched ur Ikaipe troops and found nothing. So yea...

Tank is a sitting duck
Based on the definition, i.e. job, of a meat shield, this should not be a problem. After all, if the enemy is spending time and energy to nuke the tank, then they are most likely not spending significant effort nuking softer targets (e.g. monks). But that is mere battle tactics. Understandably, simply equipping/weapon swapping two shields would not significantly improve the tank's survivability, if we use GW1 current game mechanics as reference. That's why increasing defense bonuses when equipping two shields or adding active skills that require two shields may make dual shields potentially viable. --Savvy Cow 17:02, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
