The free cape for a week could be abused by ppl who dont want to pay for a cape
To fix the 'pop-up' bit
Well like when a guild leader/officer changes the announcement it may appear on the chat menu. I propose that what happens is a message appears 'Your guild leader has proposed a change to the cape' and everyone could view it by pressing 'G' and then on a new tab people could select 'Capes' and it shows the current cape and any suggested capes. About the Inactive Player Problem
