I may be wrong, but I could have sworn that monsters in Guild Wars only spawn once: when you enter the instance. And you can't actually see them do it. --70.71.240.170 (posted by Mme. Donelle, moved from main article.)

You are correct, monsters don't respawn in Guild Wars: but then GW is made up of instances. GW2, on the other hand, will have persistent areas, so monsters will need to respawn once killed in these places. --Mme. Donelle 23:11, 29 December 2008 (UTC)
