Is having a max weapon really a seriously stated negative concern? How many people with new characters seriously start out with weapons that aren't max? aNet even empowers us to have max weapons in pre-searing through the /bonus items. Perhaps if quartermaster items were only clean items with no mods or inscriptions (and unable to accept either)... 24.188.207.20 05:38, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
