ArenaNet talk:Guild Wars 2 suggestions/Sky environment

Honestly it would be great to have aerial cities/city-levels/city-parts. Most of these will probably be in Asuran territory, even though it would be uncommon to see capitals having enchanted lookouts and telescopes.

1. If cities, only a few at select locations.
2. If city levels, only have the second tier above select cities.
3. If city parts, probably flying look-out platforms used by city guards, aerial telescopes, or even aerial benches for casualty above the crowd, all which allow sight far around the city, as well as below, which are accessable by players. --Elven Chaos 22:12, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Explorable Area: In the clouds

I think it is pushing the barriers too far, unless it was a different dimension covered in clouds (like a god realm or hall of heroes etc). But going on normal clouds in a normal area would ruin the atmosphere of the game in my opinion. And if you want to push people off things there will be plenty of bridges and mountains to do that anyway. Quazark Zeklar 17:17, 9 July 2008 (UTC)

Floating Continent
