Leech signet should not outshine Power Drain in anyway in terms of recharge as it requires no energy and interrupts anything. Recharge should be reduced to 25 seconds AT MOST. --Shadetz X 06:59, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Most other interrupts were buffed by 5 seconds taken off the recharge (like Power Drain) so I'm pretty sure that's all he's asking for. Makes sense too, really. Bathory 06:42, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
