Before anyone complains about overpoweredness...do the math with your standard ele skill bar. Healing is below current skill. Even worse with mesmer skill bar, since they spam less, and current skill helps monks and rits and all the characters with any spells at all. This version would help just eles and mesmers and necros, and they would have to really spam the bejesus out of things to get real benefits.--Spura 22:12, 15 March 2008 (UTC)

This only heals offensive casters. Quite likely by less than the current version heals ALL casters now. --Spura 14:37, 31 May 2008 (UTC)
