Yeah, needs a buff but don't make it a Ballad. That would make it possibly even more useless in PvP - the only advantage would be in PvP. Possibly give it a shorter but more powerful effect, and maybe make it 15. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:82.25.180.160 (talk).
