I quite like this suggestion, because IMO this is one of the worst spirits out there. I would suggest making attack skills take longer to recharge rather than hexes, to make this a more clearly-defined anti-melee skill (but only something like +0...3...4 seconds), and it would also fit the theme better. The only worry is that the effect hits all foes in the area indirectly (that is, it can't be blocked) which makes it potentially quite powerful (I know as an adrenaline user it can be quite nasty), so the adrenaline bit might have to be changed to something more like "...gain 10...34...40% less adrenaline" or just a plain ~33% or something.

Should force all attack skills to recharge, so it hurts sins and dervishes just as much as warriors. -Auron 14:24, 27 September 2008 (UTC)
Still hurts warriors/paragons more because of adrenalin. Better recharge and cost are fine. If you still think specialized skills are bad, a 20% DAS'd fit better. Noctarch 15:23, 5 October 2008 (UTC)
Nice suggestion, but 6 seconds isn't long enough imo. Either 3 sec cast, 30 sec recharge and 5...23...28 duration or something, or, since you seem to want really active rituals, 2 sec cast, 20 sec recharge (like you have) but gain 33% less adrenaline rather than 33% longer (i.e. 50% longer) and ~5...13...15 duration.
