Feedback:User/Ace54/2-3 Leaders of a Guild

Hey all! I do not know if this has been suggested or already implemented, but I recently thought of the suggestion of having more than 1 guild leader for a guild. Now I'm not talking about anything ridiculous like 100 leaders, nor 50 leaders, not even 10 leaders.. Just simply around 2-3 leaders but no more than 5 (preferably 3 as it is a balanced number, hence WvWvW). This is something that I could see being beneficial to the game as it allows for a more well-rounded guild political system. Although there are co-leaders for a guild already (officers in GW1), having 2-3 leaders along with those officers could help a guild get more groups going and/or allow them to do more tasks with elevated levels of coordination at once. 20 guildies want to do a dynamic event and want the guild leader to go, but 4 guildies want to do some structured PvP, and yet 30 guildies want to participate in WvW with the guidance of a guild leader.. Do not worry! I'll just send Guild Leader 1 to lead the DE for the 20 guildies, Guild Leader 2 to call tactics in structured PvP with the 4 other guildies, and Guild Leader 3 to coordinate the 30 guildies in WvW. This allows PvX guilds to please many more of their members and satisfy the need for leadership. The system would be extremely beneficial considering that parties consist of only 5 most of the time (to my understanding). And best of all it would satisfy the players who lead guilds together with his or her friends (like me). Overall, I foresee numerous people benefitting from the system, whether it be the leaders, or the officers, or the members. Feel free to add constructive criticism in the talk page.

Thank you for your time,
