The Z rank is currently a PVP only rank. However PVP games are not the only interactions with Zaishens. I think completing Z quests (Missions, Bounty or Combat) should provide Z points as they deal with Zaishen. I think this won't spoil the title because PVP and PVE is not the same task. You would not use one or the other to speed up the title. The fact that there are only 3 quests per day prevents from farming these points like this.
