Regarding Chimeric Prism

• The Chimeric Prism was only released during the European pre-order of prophecies and the Russian pre-order of Nightfall.
• I think it is one of the most beautiful skins in the game, and its stats are unique and very cool.

and if you check its talk page, lots of people would like a chance at one too.

• It is presumably very rare because it cannot be bought or sold and I've never seen one in game.

  So my suggestion is to bring it back some how through a contest or through a new GoTY type promotion. Maybe a magazine key. There's also some other skins that most people never had a chance at and they aren't considered "status" items like divine favor.

But that's another suggestion entirely.
