Elite Shout. "For 10 seconds, all allies within earshot have a 5...49...60% chance to block projectiles. Each ally receives 0...8...10 health each time an attack is blocked this way."

• A kind of Elite Aegis with some healing abilities, but still not overpowered due to long reload time.

• "Incoming!"

6 5 ( Maybe Moved to Leadership)

Elite Shout. "For 1...6...7 seconds, allies within earshot have 0...8...10 damage reduction while attacking."

• Moving it to leadership would make only primary paragons to use it.
• I added a adrenaline cost to try to avoid many paragons spam it.
