over powered version of Defensive Anthem -Talamare- feedback 21:16, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
Now that you changed it to only affect ranged attacks, I think you can reduce energy cost. Rypofalem 12:47, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
I already thought about it, but there is a problem if I change the energy cost: to my mind, a good Paragon player must use at least 12 Leadership (so the return would be around 5 energy), so this 15 energy cost version of "Incoming!" would be in fact a net 10 energy cost shout. Please tell me your thoughts about it, as I stay open-minded. As for the 'ranged attacks' effect, it is here only because of the design (and the name) of the icon. - Change "ranged attack (arrows)" to "projectiles", remove the "if enchanted part", projectiles are fairly rare, healing for 10 hp every time you block one wont really be all that much hp, so its fine if its unconditional... 10 energy cost would probably be better too, again projectiles are rare and this is an elite -Talamare- feedback 17:59, 30 September 2009 (UTC)
- I find the current Incoming with Fall Back to be a nice running set to move a party around on. I know of several people besides myself who use a designated hero runner. Just saying might be nice to change a different elite if possible. ~>Sins WDB 02:51, 1 October 2009 (UTC)
