Feedback:User/Axiomix/proximity chat sub-channels

I'd like to suggest a chat feature that would allow players to create sub-channels for proximity related chat, (/say, /yell, /emote). If user created sub-channels would be to difficult to code, then there could be a few pre-determined sub-channels.

The primary motivation for this application would be to allow role-players to communicate using /say, /yell and /emote only with other players who have the roleplay sub channel active. Players could also turn off the general subchannel, to filter out local chat and emotes of players who aren't communicating through selected sub-channels. This allows role-players and those that don't want to listen to roleplay to filter out undesired communication while existing in the same local chat space.

Additional applications could allow for cross group or cross guild communication when co-operating on dynamic events or other content in proximity, with out flooding the local chat of players not engaged in that shared endeavor, or who wish to filter out the additional "noise".

It would work in a very similar fashion to normal custom chat channels, but would still be governed by proximity.
