Addition of Weapons Upgrade traders in outposts[edit]
Create a Weapons Upgrade trader NPC that can buy and sell weapons upgrades and inscriptions. Could be made available in large outposts and the GH (pretty much anywhere the rune trader fits). Would allow much easier access to upgrades (without having to spend 40 minutes in trade chat in Spamadan), would act as a (much needed) gold sink and would actually mean it's worthwhile for a lot of people salvaging max upgrades off weapons (a lot of us don't have the storage to keep and sell them so it's normally straight to the merch).
I'm fairly sure the main issue (and probably the reason it's not currently in place) is the variable stats of the upgrades/inscriptions. I'm sure this could be fixed by greatly decreasing the selling worth of a non-max item and only making the trader sell perfect ones. With the exception of FMNs, I've barely even seen non-max being sold or bought anyway.
