I really like this idea, I feel this would be a nice money sink with plenty of value for new players and veterans looking to upgrade their favorite weapons, personally I avoid trading with people as much as I can, hah, but this is a good idea worth seeing in action Zachariah Zuan. 23:53, 1 May 2011 (UTC)

No kidding... been wishing for this for so many years now. It could go on the Rune Trader. If they want to be fussy, make it so that you can only buy perfect upgrades through unlocking with Balthazar faction, or that you've identified already (isn't that how it works for rune trader anyway?).
