I've been a huge fan Nicholas the Traveler since he was introduced, but I kind of feel sorry for the guy. He must get lonely sometimes, traveling around the world with only his memories and a Dolyak for company (no offense to Professor Yakkington). I was thinking it would be interesting to have a quest involving Nick getting a second traveling companion.
I was thinking the quest could go something like this...
Nicholas the Traveler has just learned some shocking news from the Ebon Vanguard. It would seem that Mary Malone was not, as he long believed, killed in the Searing. She was in fact one of the many unfortunate people to be taken prisoner by the Charr.
Nicholas wants to rescue Mary from the charr, alas he is no Warrior. He needs help to mount rescue, and the Ebon Vanguard cannot spare the necessary manpower.
He needs your help.
