Horns of the Ox: Increased damage to +5...17...20 damage.

Palm Strike: Changed functionality to: 5 ¾ 10 , "Touch Skill. Deals 10...66...80 damage. Knocks down attacking foes. This skill counts as a Off-Hand Attack." ->> moved to Shadow Arts.

Note: This change should only be done if my other changes are implemented as well.

Reasoning:

Now that Palm Strike and Falling Lotus Strike are out of the way, it's safe to revert Horns of the Ox to the old strength again.
I'm not too sure about my change to Palm Strike, the main idea was to take out the abusive nature it has at this moment, this was the best I could come up with.
