With the current system, it is hard to notice when party members are low on mana. It is quite unfair that heroes and henchmen have psychic powers to notice exactly when to cast energy regeneration skills on other players.

Displaying mana bars for party members in the party window will help players cast energy regeneration skills at the right times and indicate when the party needs to rest before engaging in a new fight.

I propose to divide the current health bar for each player in half horizontally and add a blue mana bar below the red health bar.
