This is an interesting idea, however, this would also make for a large amount of clutter. the good points are that this makes bipping easier.

Would it be possible to see enemy energy bars as well? The thing is, you can see all active effects on both party and enemy health bars (condition arrows, "bleeding pink", deep wound, hexes, degen, etc). Would you want that to continue to energy as well? FleshAndFaith 21:05, 3 November 2010 (UTC)

I'm not sure if seeing the enemy's energy on the target window would be a good idea for PvP (no more guessing for energy denial users). You don't actually see all active effects on the party and enemy. You know there is some enchantment, condition, hex, etc. affecting someone but not exactly which one.
