So, I was thinking of some cool Elite skills each of the professions could have, and this is what I came up with:

Elementalist[edit]

Enervating Charge - Charge energy around you, giving you regeneration (you are invulnerable while doing so). When fully charged, an enormous lightning strike explodes at your location, dealing heavy damage and stunning nearby enemies while giving yourself and nearby allies swiftness.

Mesmer[edit]

Mind Blast - Send out a large blast at target foe, knocking back enemies caught in its blast and causing confusion and two other random conditions to each.

Warrior[edit]

Tactical Leap - Leap to target location. If you are adjecent to any enemies, you and adjecent allies gain might and fury. If you are not adjecent to any enemies, you and adjecent allies gain protection and swiftness.

Engineer[edit]

Power Fist - Punch out at target foe with a mechanical gauntlet, causing a shockwave that damages and knocks back foes caught in it, while also making them vulnerable.

Guardian[edit]

Sword of Judgement - Summon a Sword of Judgement that attacks enemies, causing burning with its attacks and giving nearby allies regeneration and protection. (Replaced by Intervene)

Intervene - Your Sword of Judgement is expelled in a burst of light. You teleport to the Swords prior location, blinding and immobilizing nearby foes.

Ranger[edit]

Spirit of the Hunt - Create a Spirit of the Hunt which grants allies in it's range fury. Critical hits scored by these allies cause cripple and vulnerability.

Thief[edit]

Assassin's Promise - Shadowstep to target foe, immobilizing them and causing other nearby foes to run in fear. You gain invulnerability, stealth and fury. When this ends, you shadowstep back to your original location and gain protection.

Necromancer[edit]

Bone (or Flesh) Golem - Summon a Bone Golem at your level that causes fear and cripple to enemies on its critical hits and gives adjecent allies protection whenever it takes damage. (Replaced by Berserk)

Berserk - Your Bone Golem goes berserk, moving and attacking twice as fast and scoring critical hits on all attacks for a short time. When this ends, the Golem explodes, making enemies vulnerable and giving allies protection and vigor.
