The option to buy a Guild Name change or simply a Guild Tag change OR BOTH would be beneficial to all.[edit]
Due to the number of Guild Tags in-game it is hard to be sure you are not choosing one that someone already has. It doesn't seem as though a system is in place, as it is with Character names, where you simply aren't able to choose a tag someone else already has. Either, the system should be as it is w/ Character names to not allow for "double dipping" ~OR~ there should be a way to change your Guild Name and/or Guild Tag just as you can change your Character Name. A nominal fee would be appropriate. This would be very useful for guilds being harassed by guild member and/or former guild members of a guild with the same tag, thinking it is the same guild. Confusing? Ya, it is! But is quite annoying when it happens to you. And blocking all of the people is an endless battle.
But a Guild Name change or simply the Guild Tag change OR BOTH would be beneficial to players and possibly profitable for ncsoft/arena-net.
