Feedback:User/Erasculio/Sidekick system lowering levels

Let's say I'm level 20, and I have a friend whose character is level 40. She has found a very nice part of the game and she wishes to show it to me; with the sidekick system, the level of my character is increased and both of us play effectively in the level 40 area.

Now, let's say I'm playing with my level 20 character in an area that my level 40 friend really liked. I also like that area, given how it's challenging, and so I ask my friend to play with me. Her level 40 character meets mine...And she one shots all enemies in the area, reducing the fun for both of us.

That's one of the many problems a game with a high level cap has: as seen on this map posted on GWO, players are constantly stuck between an area that is too hard for their current level, and an area that is too easy for their current level. The sidekick system may help people to go to areas they are not supposed to go to yet, but it does not help how the old content becomes obsolete after players have outleveled it.

So, I would like to ask the sidekick system to also be able to reduce the levels of a character. In my example, my level 20 character would be able to lower the level of my friend's level 40 character so we would both be able to play in the level 20 area as it was meant to be played in.
