Suggestion Level Of Importance : Immediate

Suggestion Reasoning:

I first started playing Guild Wars around 5 years ago and just recently I had an angry ex-girlfriend delete my main character of 5 long years. I know for a fact that World of Warcraft backs all their data up. You would think as a loyal guild wars player of 5 years anet would be more than willing to restore my characters and items right? Wrong. Anet does not back up their data. What does this mean? If you get hacked even if you did nothing to cause this you are simply screwed. You are out of anything you have earned and achieved since you started that character. I had earned an everlasting henchman tonic through the henchman skill bar contest which is lost forever now. I gave her no information on my password or account and quite frankly I have no idea how she obtained this information. I don't use the same information for my account for anything else so I didn't get hacked by an outside source. I think Anet should have enough loyalty to do something about it. My suggestion? I think Arena Net should back up their data if not for hacker avoidance they should do it for all of us who give them their paychecks.
