Feedback:User/Jette/Reexamine Tolkano, again

Recently, Tolkano began accepting Zaishen Coins as payment for his PvP rewards skins. This pleases me. However, he still only offers weapons to PvP characters, because he will only upgrade PvP weapons, not PvE-available weapons. This kills the whole point. If the current system is too inconvenient to fix, please remove the PvP skins only restriction. We will be content with transmogrificating craftable/collector weapons into pretty versions. If you really wanna be bothersome about the issue, you can make customizing them a requirement so they don't asplode the market, even though I for one think that would be totally stupid (and could be completely avoided by eliminating the ridiculous anti-trading policy on coins).

I'd also recommend removing or at least lowering the requirement of buying skins, because being required to pay insane numbers of coins for weapons you do not want to use is as stupid as... well, as restricting them to PvP-only characters. I mean, who thought of that? "Oh hey guys, let's make the players buy stuff they don't want and can't use before they can get stuff they really want."

Some math[edit]

Cost of a basic (i.e., ugly) PvP rewards weapon: 12 silver coins (600 copper coins or 1.2 gold coins)

Time required to get 600 copper coins: Assuming you get 3 high-tier quests (200+ coins each) and complete them all will full bonus rewards, 1 day

50*12 silver coins = 600 silver coins (60 gold coins or 30,000 copper coins (!) ) = FOUR HEAVY EQUIPMENT PACKS

Most players have not earned their first heavy equipment pack, even after 7 months. This is because they are tired of grinding. Thus, most players will be confined to basic PvP reward weapons for the entirety of their GW experience, and because all of those weapons are already available in PvE (and players desperately need HEPs, certainly more so than bad weapon skins you can get perfect gold versions of for 2K off of Guru), they simply will not buy them. Oh, by the way? The prices are higher for other areas, meaning getting to "fancy" reward weapons is the easiest task you can perform.
