The observation is that spell targeting prevention (Shadow Form, Obsidian Flesh in particular) is overpowered as the way the enemies are implemented Evidence: Vast majority of foes do not use non-spellsor non-targeted spells or AoE effects to remove enchantments. How often do you see enemies to use Well of Profane right underneath your feet, or the combo Signet of Disenchantment->Ether Signet? Given AI can see what enchantments everyone has, that should be a combo we should see spamming if the AI sees people with Shadow Form or Obsidian Flesh. Order of Apostasy is never seen being used in elite areas (and does it work at 0 damage like Balthazar's Spirit, or not work similar to Essence Bond?) and Disenchantment is one of the rare skill that the enemy uses but not working very well because there is only 1 in spirit range at any given point in time and as such not very heavily spamming it against a Terra who will stack other enchantments on it.

Suggestion: There needs to be a prevalence of non-spell enchantment removal, particularly in elite areas. In general, if new monster-only skills are favored: Monster-only melee attacks that removes all enchantments or stances that removes at least 2 enchantments (instead of 1 that is given by Order of Apostasy even if you use it) on every melee attack (perhaps with blind bypasses due to unseen fury). Spell targeting prevention won't render completely useless as a result because enemies still can't shadow step (spell) to you to attack. And blocking still works, for the most part (unless stance is used and wild blow or other unblockable attacks are added into the mix). So one then has to kite/shadow step carefully in order to not get their enchantments removed. Specifically:

Alternatively, Since all the elite areas has some warrior foes, some warrior strength elite skills/stances may be changed to "Remove 0...5...6 Enchantments on every melee attack, Will not miss (again, blind bypass) enchanted foes" (Primal Rage, an underused elite, comes to mind). Side effect: this combined with a prevalence of spell targeting prevention maintained by the enemies in missions and bounties may make warriors a bit more popular for zaishen missions and zaishen bounties, because as of right now there is little point of taking warriors because spirit spamming will do the tanking (The Deep is a notable exception) and pug groups aren't into balling the enemies well for the warriors to spike. (Even if balled properly a Vow of Strength Derv may spike better than the warrior due to the secondary targets of the scythe)

This will hopefully get more balanced team builds for elite dungeons and areas (As of now a team of 8 assassins for Shards of Orr speed clear, 1 psf tank + 4 Terra in underworld speed clears, Terra solo glint's, 3 assassins for Fissure of Woe speed clear, etc.)
