Atm I'm trying for the Master of the North title. I know WHAT I need to do for it but, I have no idea how far along each part I am...
What I suggest is an NPC similar to the Kurzick Bureaucrat or the Luxon Scavenger. When spoken to s/he would tell you what accomplishments would further the title, and how much you have contributed to thats accomplishment.

Northern Traveller [NPC]
Accomplishing the following things will further your progress as Master of the North:
Completing a repeatable primary quest for the first time.
- You have completed X primary quests.
Completing a repeatable primary quest in hard mode for the first time.
- You have completed X primary quests in hard mode.
Completing a dungeon for the first time.
- You have completed X dungeons.
Completing a dungeon in hard mode for the first time.
- You have completed X dungeons in hard mode.
Map exploration.
- You have explored X% of the Eye of the North area.
Vanquishing an explorable area for the first time.
- You have vanquished X explorable areas.
