This suggestion would be about Mantra of Flame, Mantra of Frost, Mantra of Earth and Mantra of Lightning. As it is at the moment i never see someone use them, despite some farm-builds using Mantra of Earth i know of no use in the entire game. Why is that, well, in PvE, even if you know you would encounter more dmg of a specific element there are more reliable skills to gain energy or defend yourself. In PvP it's the same mostly, plus the fact that at least assassins can strip stances of you as fast as you activate them.

So i suggest a change of these skills:

Mantra of Flame Mantra of Flame 5 Energy20 Recharge time Stance. For 10...34...40 seconds your spells deal fire damage, cold damage you take is reduced by 10...22...25%. You gain 1...2...2 Energy when taking cold damage.

Mantra of Frost Mantra of Frost 5 Energy20 Recharge time Stance. For 10...34...40 seconds your spells deal cold damage, fire damage you take is reduced by 10...22...25%. You gain 1...2...2 Energy when taking fire damage.

Mantra of Earth Mantra of Earth 5 Energy20 Recharge time Stance. For 10...34...40 seconds your spells deal earth damage, lightning damage you take is reduced by 10...22...25%. You gain 1...2...2 Energy when taking lighnting damage.

Mantra of Lightning Mantra of Lightning 5 Energy20 Activation time0 Recharge time Stance. For 10...34...40 seconds your spells deal lightning damage, earth damage you take is reduced by 10...22...25%. You gain 1...2...2 Energy when taking earth damage.

This would allow some interesting spell-combos as well as giving mesmers in PvE the opportunity to hit mobs with elemental weaknesses.
