I just want to suggest one thing, a last change to her build. Give here Mend Ailment instead of Dismiss Condition, the reason is, in my opinion, quite simple. If there are multiple conditions in a long lasting fight and health of your partymembers is getting low Dismiss Condition just doesn't heal enough. I know, many people think that Mend Ailment is bad because of it's recharge, on the other hand you have to see that this skill, if there are many conditions, heals you up pretty nice.
