So, ever had the difficulty of logging in to see that your guild was kicked from alliance because officers were being out-of-line? Well, I suggest that instead of having just 1 guild leader, there should be 2.

Reasons[edit]

Always a Co-founder[edit]

  • Almost every guild has co-leaders. Sometimes the guild leader is offline and can't help.

Split up responsibility[edit]

  • Guild leaders are always being asked more, why not have 2? They can both demote or promote officers.

Mechanical[edit]

  • Guild leaders can't leave guild unless promoting an officer (this will automatically move the former guild leader to officer) or signing a Petition themselves.

Alliance[edit]

  • When a single guild leader is offline, it can be difficult accepting an alliance invite.
  • Being guild leader ontop of alliance leader is tough bussiness, why not split it up?

Safety[edit]

Safe-guard[edit]

If a leader becomes spiteful, the other leader can demote to officer (with another officer's agreement), but must first promote an officer to 2nd in command before demoting the former 2nd in command to member.

Demoting yourself[edit]

If a guild leader that wishes to demote himself without promoting someone else, he/she must buy the Petition. Requires only one sig if demoting self. Does not remove from guild.

Petition[edit]

Small item which should cost 20Gold, Requires other guild leader's sig, at least 1 other officer and 1 member in order to demote other guild leader.
