i think you should be able to have a 'box of shouts' like all your favorite henchies and heroes.

'Your body fat +40 armour bonus wont stop me from pwning you!' 'Im Really sorry. Sorry you couldnt hit the ground if not for gravity.' 'I think you need to adjust your hotkeys. Or you just suck...'

And being able to adjust you Shouts (ie your para skills) to whatever you want, so instead of By Urals Hammer, you could say "I Pwn Noobs!"
