I would imagine that many people would find this annoying if many people used it in an persistent world, especially if the shouts are lengthy. Also, seeing a custom shout may confuse players about whether the shout was a real message or just automated, forcing them to check their chat window. I already have a hard enough time dealing with the shout skills! --Arngrim 02:03, 1 January 2010 (UTC)
