With the recent changes to many of the damage-boosting skills such as Asuran Scan and Aura of Holy Might, damage ability for some classes has gone down. For other classes such as elementalists, damage ability is hampered in hard mode due to the higher armor that enemies have there. To remedy that, I propose the following changes to a few professions' primary attributes:

Ranger Ranger

Expertise (current): For each rank of Expertise, the Energy cost of all of your attacks, Rituals, touch skills and Rangers[sic] skills are decreased by 4%.
Expertise (new): For each rank of Expertise, the Energy cost of all of your attacks, Rituals, touch skills and Rangers[sic] skills are decreased by 4%, and you inflict an extra 4% of armor-ignoring damage with your bow attacks per rank of Expertise.

Dervish Dervish

Mysticism (current): Each rank in Mysticism reduces the cost of your dervish enchantments by 4%. You have +1 armor per rank of Mysticism while you are enchanted.
Mysticism (new): Each rank in Mysticism reduces the cost of your dervish enchantments by 4%. You have +1 armor per rank of Mysticism while you are enchanted, and you inflict an extra 4% of armor-ignoring damage with your scythe attacks per rank of Mysticism.

Monk Monk

Divine Favor (current): For each rank of Divine Favor, allies are healed for 3.2 whenever you cast Monk spells on them.
Divine Favor (new): For each rank of Divine Favor, allies are healed for 3.2 whenever you cast Monk spells on them, and you inflict an extra 4% armor-ignoring damage with your Smiting Prayers skills. Spells targeting another ally cost 1 less energy for every 3 ranks of Divine Favor.

Elementalist Elementalist

Energy Storage (current): For each rank of Energy Storage, your maximum Energy raises by 3.
Energy Storage (new): For each rank of Energy Storage, your maximum Energy raises by 3, and you do an extra 4% armor-ignoring damage with your elemental attack spells.

With these changes, these classes will be able to damage enemies more effectively and for some, to overcome the recent skill changes, while also ensuring that primaries of these professions will always do more damage than secondaries using the same skills.
