My suggestion is to make an option in the Hall of Monuments to re-create a non-tradable, character customized miniature that you've previously dedicated to the Hall. That way, we won't have to fill up valuable storage spaces saving our miniatures we don't want to get rid of, while still being able to get them back should we decide to display them in towns or outposts etc. You can spend a good amount of money collecting them all (there's over 70 of them now) and the only result of all your earnings is the display in your HoM and an overfilled storage unless you get rid of them. We should be able to display every one of the miniatures we've collected at our leisure without sacrificing all our storage slots.
