15 Energy1 Activation time10 Recharge time Hex Spell. Also hexes adjacent foes (8...14...15 seconds.) These foes are interrupted whenever a nearby creature uses a shout or chant.


It's like Panic, in a way... sort of.


Faintheartedness Faintheartedness[edit]

10 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time Hex Spell. (3...20...24 seconds.) Target foe attacks 50% slower and has -0...2...3 Health degeneration.

Proposed:[edit]

10 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time Hex Spell. (8...18...20 seconds.) Target foe has -1...3...3 Health degeneration. That foe attacks your allies 50% slower. No effect on attack speed if this foe's Health is higher than their target's Health.


Still big anti-pressure, but no longer total all-around shutdown.

10 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time Hex Spell. (8...18...20 seconds.) Target foe has -1...3...3 Health degeneration. That foe attacks your allies 50% slower. No effect on attack speed if this foe's Health is lower than their target's Health.


Opposite of Faint: slows spiking down big time, but may not have as much anti-pressure value.

10 Energy1 Activation time8 Recharge time Hex Spell. Also hexes foes near target (3...7...8 seconds.) These foes cannot be affected by shouts or chants. This hex is reapplied whenever a hexed foe uses a shout or chant.


It's like "deafness".
